Mk1 Terms & Conditions — Platform User Guide
This document outlines the terms and conditions for using the mk1 platform for all Malaysian users. Please read carefully before registering or using any services offered by our platform. By accessing mk1, you agree to comply with all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering, or using the mk1 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using mk1 immediately.
Use of the mk1 platform is limited to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Be 18 years or older on the account registration date;
- Being an individual with legal capacity to enter binding agreements;
- Not being located in countries or regions where online betting services are prohibited by local law;
- Not currently listed on any self-exclusion or gambling ban lists issued by relevant authorities.
Mk1 reserves the right to verify age and identity at any time. If a user is found ineligible, the account will be terminated and any remaining balance returned subject to investigation.
2. Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Each user is allowed only one registered mk1 account. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, emails, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may lead to termination of all related accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you must provide truthful, accurate, and current information. mk1 is not responsible for any losses arising from false or inaccurate information submitted by users during registration.
Password and Account Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential, including your username and password. mk1 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account credentials, you must immediately notify the mk1 support team by emailing [email protected].
Mk1 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account by third parties if such losses are caused by your negligence in protecting your login credentials.
3. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Uses
Mk1 platform users agree not to engage in any activities that violate these terms or applicable laws. The following activities are specifically prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical methods to access or manipulate the platform;
- Committing fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity through the platform;
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to use your account;
- Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the system to gain an unfair advantage;
- Making fraudulent chargebacks on valid deposit transactions;
- Using VPNs or identity-masking methods to bypass geographic restrictions set by the platform.
Any violation of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account termination and may lead to legal action against the user. mk1 reserves the right to provide relevant information to authorities if required.
4. Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the mk1 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). The platform accepts deposits via local payment methods including GrabPay, Boost, and online bank transfers. Foreign currency transactions are not accepted and will be automatically rejected.
Deposit
The minimum deposit follows the current limit set on the user account page. All deposits are subject to verification and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. mk1 reserves the right to suspend or reject any deposit suspected of suspicious activity or not meeting verification requirements.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals can only be made to the same account or payment method used for deposits. Processing time depends on the chosen withdrawal method. mk1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals exceeding certain limits.
Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered by mk1 are subject to wagering requirements and validity periods stated in each promotion’s specific terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering conditions must be met before withdrawal is allowed. Bonus abuse, including multi-account betting to exploit promotions, will result in bonus cancellation and account termination.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policy, and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Mk1 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the platform, including technical service interruptions, system errors, or transaction processing delays caused by factors beyond the platform’s control. mk1’s maximum liability to any user under any circumstances will not exceed the user’s most recent deposit amount.
Account Suspension and Closure
Mk1 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including: violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to meet identity verification requirements, or at the user’s own request. If an account is closed for reasons other than violations, any valid remaining balance will be refunded to the user after the necessary investigation is completed.
Intellectual Property
All mk1 platform content, including brand names, logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of mk1 or its licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or commercially exploiting any platform content without prior written permission from mk1.
Third-Party Links
The mk1 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. mk1 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Accessing third-party websites is at the user’s own risk.
6. Amendments to Terms and Applicable Laws
Right to Amend Terms
Mk1 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publishing on this page. It is the user’s responsibility to check this page regularly to stay updated with the latest terms.
Continued use of mk1 after changes to the terms have been published will be regarded as acceptance of the revised terms. If users disagree with any amended terms, they must stop using the platform and close their accounts.
Governing Law
These terms are governed and interpreted according to relevant laws. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or use of the mk1 platform should first be resolved through negotiation. If no resolution is reached through negotiation, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
